In these Terms, “Kaafirana”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Concept Weavers Pvt. Ltd. “You”, “your” and “customer” refer to any person who visits our website, creates an account or purchases a product from us.

You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Impersonate another person.
• Place fraudulent orders.
• Attempt to access another customer’s account.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the website.
• Introduce viruses, malicious code or harmful technology.
• Copy, scrape or extract website content using robots, spiders or other automated tools, or use any website content (including product images and designs) to train or develop any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model.
• Use our website or content for an unauthorised commercial purpose.
• Purchase products for commercial resale, or represent yourself as an authorised Kaafirana seller, reseller or distributor

We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe that fraudulent activity, misuse, a security risk or a breach of these Terms has occurred.

You can shop on our website by creating a Kaafirana account.

When creating or using an account, you must provide complete and accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for keeping your password and login information confidential.

If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, please contact us immediately at helpdesk@kaafirana.com.

We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably identify fraud, misuse, false information, repeated policy abuse or a security risk.

You may request account closure by navigating to the dashboard in the profile section or by contacting us. Certain order, payment, tax or dispute records may still be retained where required or permitted by law.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours, materials, dimensions, photographs and features accurately.

However, colours may appear slightly different because of photography, lighting, screen calibration or individual device settings.

Accessories or styling objects shown in photographs are included only when specifically mentioned in the product description.

If we discover a genuine pricing, photographic or description error, we may correct it and contact affected customers where necessary.

All Kaafirana products are individually embroidered, painted, beaded, cut or assembled by hand. Slight variations may occur in:

• Stitch or motif placement
• Hand-painted details
• Bead or pearl colour and placement
• Canvas texture
• Leather-trim tone
• Measurements
• Shape and finish

These small variations are natural characteristics of handcrafted work and give each Kaafirana piece its individual character. They are not necessarily defects.

This does not affect your rights where a product arrives damaged, is incorrectly supplied, has a significant construction fault or is materially different from its description.

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees. All displayed prices include applicable GST.

Any shipping or other applicable charge will be shown before you confirm the order.

If a product is displayed at an incorrect price, or with materially incorrect information, because of a technical, typographical or administrative error, we may cancel the affected product at any time before dispatch, or contact you, even if an order acknowledgement has been sent. You may then proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected product. In either case, any amount paid for the cancelled product will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 5-7 working days, and no cancellation charge will apply.

Orders with an eligible merchandise value of ₹12,000 or above qualify for complimentary standard shipping within India, subject to the conditions stated in our Shipping Policy. Express shipping and other optional service charges may remain separately payable and will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Shipping and other service charges that have already been incurred or provided may be non-refundable in the case of a voluntary return, exchange or customer-caused failed delivery, as explained in our Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Payment may be made using the methods shown at checkout.

Online payments are processed through Razorpay according to the provider’s terms, security practices and privacy policy.

Kaafirana receives limited transaction information, such as payment status, transaction reference, amount paid and payment method.

Kaafirana does not directly store complete card numbers, CVV details, UPI PINs, online-banking passwords or other payment authentication credentials.

All products and offers are subject to availability.

Adding a product to your cart or Wishlist does not reserve it. Because many Kaafirana products are handcrafted or produced in limited quantities, an item may sell out before checkout is completed.

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order and it has been entered into our system.

You will continue to receive email updates as your order is processed, prepared, dispatched and delivered.

If there is any change concerning product availability, preparation time, delivery or another part of your order, we will contact you by email with the relevant information and available options. These may include proceeding with a revised timeline, selecting an available alternative or cancelling the affected product. If you choose to cancel the affected product in these circumstances, the amount paid for that product will be issued as Kaafirana Credit within 2 working days, and no cancellation charge will apply. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request and find the most suitable outcome.

If Kaafirana cancels a prepaid order, the amount collected for the cancelled product will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. will be refunded through the original or another appropriate payment method within 5-7 working days.

We may reasonably limit the quantity that can be purchased by one customer, account, address or order to protect product availability and prevent unauthorised resale or misuse.

For products available in stock, you may request cancellation before dispatch. For made-to-order products, you may request cancellation before receiving the email confirming that the product has entered the handcrafting or preparation process.

To request a cancellation, contact us at helpdesk@kaafirana.com, website account option or at +91 9311421242 and provide your order number. A cancellation request is complete only after it has been confirmed by Kaafirana.

Once an order has been dispatched, any refusal or failed delivery will be handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy and will not automatically be treated as a cancellation. Reasonable return-to-origin or reshipping charges may apply where the failed delivery was caused by the customer.

Promotional codes, sale prices, gifts and other offers are subject to the conditions displayed with the relevant promotion.

These conditions may include:

• Offer validity dates
• Eligible products
• Minimum order value
• Number of permitted uses
• Customer eligibility
• Product or sale exclusions

A maximum of one promotional code and one store-credit code may be used in the same order. The promotional discount will be applied first, followed by the available store credit. Any remaining amount must be paid through an online payment method available at checkout. Multiple promotional codes or multiple store-credit codes cannot be combined in one order.

Where part of a discounted order is voluntarily returned, the store-credit value will be calculated using the amount actually paid for the returned product after applying the relevant discount. Any store credit issued remains subject to the conditions in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Where a discount applies to an order as a whole, it will be apportioned across the products in the order in proportion to their listed prices.

If, after a partial return, the value of the products you keep no longer meets the minimum order value of a promotion you used, or the complimentary-shipping threshold, the value of the benefit that no longer applies may be deducted from the store credit issued for the returned product. Any free gift received with a qualifying order must be returned with the product that qualified the order for it, failing which its displayed value may be deducted from the store credit.

We may refuse or reverse an offer obtained through fraud, duplicate accounts, technical manipulation or misuse.

Any review, photograph, video, comment or other content you submit should reflect a genuine experience. The content must not:

• Be false or misleading.
• Contain abusive, unlawful or discriminatory material.
• Violate another person’s privacy.
• Infringe another person’s intellectual-property rights.
• Include viruses or harmful material.

You retain ownership of your original content.

By submitting content for publication, you grant Concept Weavers Pvt. Ltd. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide and perpetual licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for format and size (including cropping and resizing), publish, display and communicate that content to the public on our website, social-media pages, marketing communication and other brand channels, in any medium, and to permit our service providers to do so on our behalf. This licence will not lapse if it is not exercised within any particular period. You confirm that the content is your own, that you have the consent of every person identifiable in it, and that our use of it will not infringe anyone’s rights. You may ask us to remove your content from our website at any time, and we will do so within a reasonable period; this will not require us to recall material already published.

We may reject or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law. We will not alter the meaning of a genuine customer review in a misleading manner.

The Kaafirana name, logo, product names, bag designs, artwork, embroidery and painting concepts, photographs, videos, packaging, written copy, graphics and website design are owned by or licensed to Kaafirana.

KAAFIRANA and the Kaafirana logo are trademarks. Nothing on the website grants you any licence to use any Kaafirana trade mark, design.

You may not reproduce, imitate or commercially exploit any Kaafirana bag design, embroidery, painted artwork or pattern, or use any Kaafirana trade mark, or any mark confusingly similar to it, in any domain name, social-media handle, keyword advertisement, product listing or business name. We will take action under the Trade Marks Act, 1999, the Copyright Act, 1957, the Designs Act, 2000 and other applicable law against infringement, counterfeiting and passing off.

Kaafirana products are sold only through this website www.kaafirana.com. Products bearing Kaafirana marks bought from any other source may not be genuine. You may access and use our website to browse and purchase Kaafirana products for lawful purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, commercially exploit or misuse the website or its content without our prior written permission.

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including:

• Payment gateways
• Courier tracking services
• Social-media platforms
• Website and technology providers

These services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for unrelated content or practices on an external website merely because our website links to it. This does not remove any responsibility Kaafirana is legally required to meet in relation to your order.

We may update, maintain, suspend or modify parts of the website from time to time.

Although we take reasonable steps to keep the website available and accurate, we cannot guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted or free from technical errors.

Any order already accepted will remain subject to the terms applicable when it was placed, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits rights and remedies that are available to consumers under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, Kaafirana will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable and did not arise from our breach of a legal obligation.

Any exclusion or limitation mentioned in these Terms applies only where legally permitted.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including our responsibility for products that are damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied or materially different from their description.

Subject to the paragraphs above, and to the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order will not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, fire, flood, riots, strikes, acts of government, or courier or network failures. If such an event prevents delivery for more than 30 days beyond the estimated delivery date, either you or we may cancel the affected product, and any amount paid for it will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
