To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags, labels, accessories, and original packaging intact. Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return request. Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.

After we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality inspection. If the return meets our eligibility criteria, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that customized, personalized, made-to-order, and final sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition. If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
